I'M DR. LENITA.

I've spent 25+ years leading inside the nonprofit sector — running organizations, building programs for the most vulnerable kids in this country, speaking internationally on trauma-informed leadership. I hold a PhD grounded in research on exactly why leaders like you burn out, and decades of lived experience that taught me what that research actually feels like from the inside.

Both built this community. I took myself on. Got honest about the patterns I was running. And made a decision — not to wait for the sector to get it right first, but to build something different now.

This isn't a room where you perform "fine" to belong. There's space for what's hard — because that's often where the clearest next move begins.
